Every purchase includes a support window listed on the item page, usually 6 months from the purchase date.

SUPPORT COVERS
Answering questions about item features and behaviour. Fixing bugs and reported defects. Help with included third-party assets. Installation help when your hosting meets the stated requirements.

SUPPORT DOES NOT COVER
Customisation beyond the item's stated features. New features on request. Installation on hosting that does not meet requirements. Third-party plugins, themes, or servers we did not ship. Teaching PHP, MySQL, or app development.

RESPONSE TIME
One business day, usually faster. Open a ticket from your account so your purchase code travels with the request.

AFTER SUPPORT EXPIRES
Updates stay free forever. Only the support window ends.
